That's interesting. I've ordered from El Fumador a couple of times and they were on the pricey side. Assumed it was state taxes, guess just a generous markup.

I would just add a comment about the bands. I have a box of CoRo's from a legitimate source, I'm sure they are the real thing. When I look at the band, specifically the rows of white squares over "Cohiba", there are some inconsistencies. On some, there is space above the third row, on others...

If you can find it, there is a single malt called Glen Breton that is phenomenal.

Your question about Cuba both importing tobacco to meet their needs and exporting it. We import oil and export our reserves, crazy as that seems.
