I wouldn't doubt this is coming south of the border also. It's pretty sad what's happening to our liberties. I think our forefathers would be disgusted with what the US has become.

I just signed up...looks like a fantastic idea! As far as asshats...you could start some sort of insurance system. Buyer pays an optional percentage of the purchase price to you in exchange for insurance...maybe 5%. Could be a good source of revenue for site maintenance.

Thanks for the replies guys... I stopped by Tinderbox Easton today at lunch to have a look. Nice little shop, but the prices were really jacked up. I saw a Casa Magna Robusto for over $7. It may be that it's in Easton Toownplace though...I'm guessing the rent is a little high there.
