Skull and Bones by Viaje - Holy Cr@p they are good!

I had given a buddy a LFD Small Batch a few weeks ago (still hasn't smoked it, the hoarder). In return, he gave me a Skull and Bones Robusto. WOW! A really strong stick but with great flavor. Reminded me of a Air Bender Maduro but with a little more coffee flavor. Was not happy at the price...

Stacking cigars in a Large humidor

One thing that helped me was adding the additional fans on the DC ports. I put one all the way in the top and one in the middle. I also put hygrometers in the bottom middle and top so see the differences. I usually have a +/- humidification difference of 4 % (Bottom being wettest and top being...

Stacking cigars in a Large humidor

Thanks for the really quick responses. GoTee 7, I applaud you on your tetris work. Have you had any issues with humidification getting to the cigars? I have filled all of the drawers with Cigars already so I am left with filling the shelves. Right now all of the cigars are loose and I just...

Stacking cigars in a Large humidor

BOTL, I have a very large humidor.http://www.tampahumidor.com/humidors/pienza-cherry-cabinet-humidor-%28300-021%29.php that I used to consolidate my multiple humidor/coolidors/wife's china cabinet into. The best part was it was her idea. Anyway, I have been mostly laying the cigars out on the...

    LFD Factory Press

I am a real fan of LFD and the box press is one of my favorites. I have a bunch of the III and just bought a 12 pack of the IV. I found it to be a very good after dinner cigar. While the shape may be a bit unusual, I have found they round out about half way through. I use a Shuriken cutter on...

Looking for Advice: Gift for a golf trip

i did the divot tools a few years ago and they were very cool. The only problem with Putter covers is the varied styles these days (Mallets, blade, Super Mallets....) But you did give me the idea of Driver covers. I can always go really big.

    Flights to Cuba from Miami

I was planning (hypothetically) to travel on my Irish/EU passport. I would not be traveling as a US citizen so I would not go through the same customs line. Appreciate the input on this. Just wondering if it is possible and what the hurdles are. I am planning on going to the Cuba Embassy in NYC...

    Flights to Cuba from Miami

BOTL, As a Dual citizen (Irish and US), I was considering flying from Miami to Cuba. Out of curiosity, I was looking for listing on flights and none came up. In fact, it was as though they were being blocked by my service provider. Maybe it was my ignorance in searching but: 1) Has anyone else...

Looking for Advice: Gift for a golf trip

? LFD Air Bender Maduro Guerrero Cigars - Anyone tried these?

Thanks for the info. It is pretty obvious that I am buying it ASAP but your kind advice just hastened my purchase. Maybe I will post a picture of the little beauty in my humidor if I can stuff it in.

? LFD Air Bender Maduro Guerrero Cigars - Anyone tried these?

Thanks for the info on the little house> So I am guessing that it is not really a humidor but just a really nice box to hold the cigars and then pens and papers clips when the cigars have been smoked ;-)

? LFD Air Bender Maduro Guerrero Cigars - Anyone tried these?

I think it is just a nice display piece and not really a humidor. I saw one at De La Concha in NYC but it was all wrapped up in plastic so it was tough to tell. I have a really big display humidor but even that might be overpowered by this little house.

? LFD Air Bender Maduro Guerrero Cigars - Anyone tried these?

BOTL, I am considering pulling the triggers on these partially because I love most of the LFD line (Small Batch, Chisel etc.) and partially because the Little Smoke house it comes in is REALLY COOL Looking. Not the best reason to buy a box of cigars, but I have wasted more money for stupider...

Recommendation Request: Best outdoor bar in New Orleans to enjoy a cig

NEW ORLEANS IS CIGAR HEAVEN!! You can smoke EVERYWHERE! I passed by Don Lenecios and it is huge. I smoked is Kat Korner listening to rock bands, at Cafe DuMode and other places that I will not list out of discretion. I highly recommend New Orleans as a cigar friendly town.
