    The issue with cigars is the effect of the nicotine on your heart.     Dog question

    My lab had it once. After swimming she shakes her head a lot. The vet said leave it and it disapated, though she has a wrinkly ear now. After a day or so, it healed and it was too late to do anything. It hasn't happened again, and that was about 6 years ago.
