This is not the same as the drink. Cuba Libre translates to free Cuba or liberate Cuba. The cigar is a CI brand that is made in the Plasencia factory in Honduras. It's not a bad cigar for the money but the La Herencia Cubana is a superior smopke for less cash.

I would try more of the Oliva lines like the V and the G. Can't really be beat pricewise. Padron is a pretty good bet but expect some really earthy nicaraguan tobacco flavors. Personally I think Padron does it better than the Cubans do but that's just me. :thumbs:

Permagum or something similar. They use it in refridgerator manufacturing and HVAC. It works well and it's pretty cheap.

For many years the Mexican Govt. prohibited the import of foreign tobacco. That law has now been lifted and there are some pretty good multi national blends being produced there now. Look for Te-Amo and A.Turrent, 2 of the finer offerings from Mexico. I'm not going to blow sunshine up your can...
