I saw him surfing the board a few nights ago. He should be on more pretty soon as the season is starting to end for him.
 
I wonder if he ever sent out the sticks he owes a few brothers around here...
 
I've gotten emails from him...one in the past few days in fact. He's around, I'll shoot him an email.

Well I received your PM. I can't understand it. I also talked with Frank yesterday via messenger. He said he was going to fix it. His rep was over the top. I have no clue to his thinking on this. I had no idea that it had been over 3 months. Frank has a brazilian cigars and I know that's not the problem. He confirmed it was lack of time. Now you all know how I feel about that. I know it's the point for you ricmac not the smokes, and I understand your philosophy (and agree with it too). I hope Frank contacts you very soon and more than makes up for this very, very, very bad priority choice. Now I put the offer out there and I'm not Lumpy... so if anyone wants what Frank owes you, Pronto, please let me know... and it will get done lickity split. Frank can then owe me.
 
I hear what you're saying michael, but here's the long and short of things as I remember them....

BigHD held up the snob pass (Ric's pass) for nearly 2 weeks and failed to communicate to anyone in the pass that he was going to be in Daytona for bike week. That was unacceptable and I don't ever remember him apologizing for it. I was slamming him in chat to Neal while he was sitting in Neal's shop where he brought the pass.

Then, he missed several payments to lotto winners and no one hears a word. He disappears and never shows his face over there.

So, oversight my a$$! That dog won't hunt and he needs to go on the list just like anybody else! I'll make sure of that.

If I was Ric, I'd be pissed too! This is bull****! Period! If you let stuff like this go, then you're a cheat and you never had any intention of delivering in the first place. I'd be careful in defending him, you haven't gotten all the info in your absense bro!

If Leebo is giving an accurate rendition of what happened, ( which I bet he is ), I would have to vote for inclusion to the scumbag and bad traders page.

Hey Lee...

In no way, shape or form did I defend his action. He does need to come and get his just dues from the people he has failed. As for him being done, well that's up to him right now. I know someone of high stature on your board that took many months to come through on something too (no names). He was given the talking to by another member and rectified imeadiatley.
I'm a ball buster just the same as you. I don't blame anyone for wanting Frank on the scumbag list or for being pissed. I am. But I still think he will cowboy up, and if he doesn't, then I'll help tie the noose. Like I said before. I will cover his stupidity right now, and, or if he fails to. Not cover for his actions, that choice has been made. And a Bad one is was.

Frank if you are reading this... DO the right thing.
