I have done trades on eherf and c-bid before. I am trying to start in this site as well, as I am addicted to it. Not even so much the cigars, but the trades!!!!

It looks like you are trying to get in on the CPIF. If you would, please fill out a little of your profile so we can get to know you. That would be a good way to "start in this site."

I'm with Newfie on this. I would not have sent this PIF to you nor would I have asked for it with my first post. You entire reply is so offensive and childish I really don't think you possess the capabilities necessary to function as a contributing member of this board or in society as a whole for that matter.

If you 'd like to get to know us - as we would like to get to know all great BOTL's...please start by introducing yourself in the correct forum and then take a look at the Newbie Sampler Trade.

NO - I am not a moderator...just a someone who is part of this board.



As far as your attitude - it won't last long here...I say this because of my brief experience with this forum.

If you need examples - try the search feature and you'll find some newbies with attitude that are no longer active..and some that have come around to view this as a community.

You expect us to give you a chance right out of the gate...that's what the Newbie Sampler Trade is for...start there and lose the attitude!

You expect to waltze in here, and make 2 of your first 4 posts wanting something for free and then make your 5th post whining because I won't send it to you?? Life's a beeotch pal, get used to it. OK, now I feel good in saying (please excuse the language Rod) that you can just go take a flying fuck. This is a self-moderated board with the owner (Rod) stepping in once in a while to have his say. There are who knows how many active members here who like the way this board is run, and who for the most part, don't appreciate snotty-nose pricks like you coming in here telling us what we should / should not or can / can't do.

Who are you? You don't have a right to be offended b/c he didn't decide to send you the PIF. You haven't earned any respect here. You can't just jump into a PIF to get free cigars, then get pissy when you aren't allowed to play.

Contribute here, do trades here, earn respect here. You catch my drift?

It's all good, what you guys think is fair and what I think are fair are two totally different things...I have nothing against the board in itself, but I don't seem to understand the logic of not letting people trade. It was more or less an insult me. The fact that you call them free smokes is funny, because in essence they are not. I have to send cigars out also to the next person in line....

I just do not get the reasoning behind telling me I cannot be involved. I thought that is what this whole site was about, BOTL.

So in the end Newfie, I apologize to you, I flew off the handle because I felt insulted. It seemed like I was not good enough I guess.

So accept the apology if you will and move on. If you do not want to accept it, then I guess it's all right too.
