I'm selling my condo. The buyers are a-ok and the closing is set for 8/27.
The Buyers have said they want to close earlier & all that remains is the termite inspection.
What day & time wil the closing take place.
All times will be my time. ie if you say 2pm it will be for 2pm Hawaii time.
one guess per person. You may edit up to 8/24 @6pm (midnight eastern)
I'll send a package to whoever come closest to the date and time I sign the deal.
