Who's your favorite all-time movie bad guy?

I'll say Frank Hummel. And Dr. Jumba Jookiba. :)
 
Though not truly "villains" they were more of the darker side of things for sure...

John Travolta as Vic Deakins in Broken Arrow from '96

He made a very cold and calculating "Bad Guy" seem so very real.

James Dean as Jett Rink in Giant.. though not a villian in today's movie terms, he was the protagonist and would be considered the "bad guy". This is probably my all-time favorite movie.
 
I liked the Joker from the Batman movie played by Jack Nicholson, that character was so funny!

Hummel was cool, but was more of a good guys as he redeemed himself in the end.
 
Here's a couple of my favorites:

1) The "Death" character from Six String Samurai. Best line: "You have failed me for the last time... nice shoes" - though a close second place for best line is, "Only one man could kill this many Russians, bring me his guitar".

2) The possessed version of the Henrietta (the bloated corpse-hag that came out of the basement) character from Evil Dead 2, who was played by Ted Raimi in a fat suit under a pile of makeup (Ted also played Joxer on Xena - and is also Sam Raimi's brother - the director of this film as well as the most recent Spiderman movie). Best line: when she started chanting/screaming, "Swallow your Soul, Swallow your Soul".
