I'm assuming that's one of the rules on the back of the ticket? So, if I have a box mailed to me and don't have a picture of me standing beside a store manager to mail in, I won't be able to play? I could get a pic of my wife standing beside me, she really is the "store" manager ya know.

Yea, the second step in claiming is to take the picture. You don't have to as far as I could tell, but they wanted it (probably for promo stuff).
