CO continues to be increasing in population year after year. High employment rates, high education rates, higher median incomes. Lots of land, the great outdoors, and more sunshine per year than California or Floroda, even though some of those sunny days it's chilly/frozen out.

I hear ya. I lived in the Springs for 5 years and loved it. People don't believe me when I'm tell them over 300 days of sunshine a year.
