Guess My House Closing CONTEST!

Sorry guys, I'm at a major regatta this week with limited time.

First off, thank you for the contest and best of luck with home ownership!!

Secondly, I would like to pay forward my luck here to one of our members out on deployment. I PM'd mjolnir01 and I'll bet this would be a nice pick me up for him while in the Gulf. I'll get his addy and forward it to you extreme. Let me know when you send these out and I'll fire up a package to him as well, that way he'll get double the fun.

Ok guys heres the update.
 
Tuesday: I spent all day installing, wiring, plumbing, mounting. ex... my appliances. so CHECK (done)
Wednesday (today): Moved a bunch of random crap over and unpacked kitchen items, and Installed all 22 million cabinet hardware knobs for Kitchen, and bathrooms CHECK (done)
Thursday: Is the bid day, the FULL move. We will be staying at the new house tomorrow night! Lots of work tomorrow, but thankfully we have some good friends, and family that are taking off of work to come help out.
Friday: Unpacking, hanging pictures, installing wiring and hanging tvs. god damn 70 inch in the living room.... Not sure how im moving it tomorrow with out original packing.
Sat: Picking up any last misc items at old house, clean old house.
Sunday: Figure shit out to do.
Monday: Back to work, and CIGAR REVIEW! for pay it fwd.

Update: House is going well, things are coming along pretty quick. Although I just got off the phone with the lender. The builder estimated Mid Aug - Mid Sept. (he is now pretty firm on MID SEPT) the Lender just informed me they will need 10 - 20 days to finalize all paper work, under writing ex.... After the CO has been issued. So with that said....they are telling me if these time frames are correct im looking at beginning of OCTOBER.
 
I'm not telling everyone this so they can change there guess's lol Just keeping everyone posted so they know where the guess they made stands as of today.

This means mid November now and I hope not for your sake. The house might be finished but look out for the additional crap the lender is going to want. Good luck though and congrats on your new home.

I won! - LOL. Hey that's great news that you finally closed. I hope that you and your family enjoy your new home.  Now the fun starts buying all the crap your going to need.
