I'm surprised there is a acronym for it already. Not really, everything is a syndrome or desease these days. So would it be DSDS or DSDD?

Went with my youngest daughter for her ski league, and then we went and soaked at the hot springs. Perfect day!

I survived January's run challenge, 241km. I slacked off too much and had to get in a 50km effort on the last day. Now onto February and its 290km total.

Sadly, there are no longer any pugs at home. I miss them terribly., and the love is still there. Pictured were Maggie, Madison, Shelby. Shelby left for dog heaven 2/19/18. As far as Mrs. Pug, she don't mind at all.

I walked a total of 74.4km in January, according to my phone. Ain't gonna lie... I'm pretty dang happy with that.
