I kind of was hoping bags would come out like a dispenser after each poop. Just tear one off and good to go.

Srsly, tho --- they showed us what they took out when we picked her up this afternoon. That must have been nearly a full roll of bags; the surgeon said it was like one of those magician's scarves that he just keeps pulling out of his sleeve.

I (finally) had an audiology appointment at the VA today. I found out that my old hearing aids (that went through the wash) are still under warranty and will be getting replaced at no cost to me. Also, since those were out-of-pocket when I got them, the VA is going to give me a new set of hearing aids, as well!
