Got the package today.
WOW, we're up to 8 CD's now.

I will copy the disks and get it in the mail on Monday.

What is on the CD you sent?
Can you provide artist and song titles?
 
I was wondering about that myself.
It's not proper vine etiquette (or however you spell it) to change the original, shall we say, "issue" just for this reason.

(edit) We could do a "reverse vine" for the folks that are missing the newly added stuff, providing we don't add any more at this point.
I can send the additional stuff backwards UP the list to the previous participant, and they do likewise on up the list to the folks that want it.
Just let me know who to get it back to! ;)

There appears to be only one disk that was not part of the original vine.
The disk was dropped in by Hillbilly and is not mp3's.
It is a compilation of music recorded from other CD’s and has no artist or track information. It contains 11 songs.

It does not appear to be a serious breach of vine protocol.
 
Damn, sorry if I created an issue. Didn't really think about it like that. I just added a few songs that were ones I had on hand and didn't see with the originals.

I've been trying to figure out which ones I sent, but don't remember exactly. A mixture of Stevie Ray Vaugh, Buddy Guy, and a couple others.

Damn, I hate when work gets in the way of having fun .... I've been swamped the last 6 weeks trying to get a very HOT project out the door. We finally shipped so things should be getting back to a normal pace around here.

Hey Captain, thanks for thkeeping us inline on how this Vine is supposed to run. Since your the man who suggested the Vine and you have the most experience with running something like this I really do appreciate your input.

I'm going to send out a group email the the remaining participants to "remind" them that they signed up for this thing and to be on the lookout.

Does anybody have another Etta James - At Last mp3? the one that was sent with the pass was locked and I'd like to include that song on the compilation CD.

I've been watching as well. Kinda nervous cause I have an older computer, so I hope my burner can handle what seems to be a TON of music being burned! Can't wait to get it!
