Picked one up at a junk shop for 75 bucks its a vissani 4.9 cu.ft. It looks to be new or never used it still has all the component's in the box. I plugged it in and it cools. Do yall think I did ok?

Yep. Lines, hoses,tower,regulator and co2 tank.

Considering the kegerators I priced were upwards of $500, I'd say you did excellent.
