Motorcycles

You know that mine live in half of our walkout basement. It's pretty handy.

We're in Missouri, and the winter weather is goofy. Below zero one week and 60 degrees the next. We seem to never go more than a couple of weeks without riding.

Anyway, all of ours are all serviced and ready to go for the 2025 riding season.

This brake job was the last bit of maintenance to be completed.
Mr. Clean does a great job on brake dust, and has a good smell.

I have the older Advant. I love the rotating chin guard to wear as a 3/4 helmet around town, and then lock it in as a full face helmet on the highway. My only gripe is that, at least with mine, the right hinge area has a good bit of wind noise and vibration at speed.

I am very interested in the development of modular helmets in the last 20'ish years since I stopped riding (I refuse to say that timeframe again like that). This was exactly the problem last time I tried one -- the hinges provided just too much wind noise, even with earplugs which I was religious about.

The option for 3/4 with the chin guard really sealed the deal. The weight was pretty good for the price too. Did you find them to run a bit small? A large is usually nice and snug for me so I ordered an XL based on reviews.

I've been using HJC modular helmets for years and the tech has really improved. My current one is the RPHA series and it's been great. A bit heavy and not the best airflow but it was a couple hundred less.
