Yea, it's very annoying... I can't file the appeal until the appeal letter gets delivered because it has "needed" information on it.

What a headache. One would hope that qhoever reviewed the claim would see it was delivered to the wrong damn address.

I imagine it was a bot / computer that reviewed the initial claim. An appeal will probably warrant an actual person. Business owners with Google Ad's / Merchant Center go through this all the time with products / shipping, huge PIA.

Update: Claim is showing denied because their system just see's that it's "delivered". Obviously I will be appealing, hopefully I'll be able to actually explain what happened as there was no place to comment on the initial claim.

I would wager that when all is said and done, it will be close to three months before there’s any kind of resolution. And that’s with them being at fault…

I’m just glad you insured it losing it was always a risk, but it definitely took some wind out of the sails. After the holidays, I’d like to get something going back around for the guys who didn’t get to participate, if they’re still interested in doing the pass.
