Occupations - what do you do?

I'm a fluffer...
??? ??? ??? ???
Wikipedia said:
A fluffer is a hired member of the crew of a pornographic movie whose role on the set is to sexually arouse the male participants prior to the filming of scenes requiring erections. Presumably, the name arose, at least in part, as a mocking reference to the hair-fluffing make-up artists who kept the starlets in non-pornographic movies looking their very best in every scene. However, some people believe the name refers to the practice of fluffing pillows in a mocking reference to the flaccid penis.

Did you used to work for Wilkey?

Project management in a Medical Education company.

Unfortunately I can't smoke in the office and fortunately I don't have a long enough commute to smoke in the car.

Management & Program Assistant, Federal Aviation Administration. (pencil pusher & bean counter)

I'm also a photographer with a half-assed part-time business.

well besides being a student, im a self proclaimed inventor and already have a patent, which will be officially patent pending tommorow...so i can try and license or sell it to a company...and hopefully never have to work another day in my life :) , which is unfortunately not likely :(

I'm confused... you can't have a patent that is "patent pending" because by definition it isn't a patent while it is pending.

Doesn't it mean he has filed the paperwork and it is going through the final patent process?

No... and I know this because we're going through the patent process right now. When you file your patent application, you do not have a patent yet... but you do have a patent pending, which may or may not be granted.

So when he says he has a patent that will be patent pending soon... that makes no sense. He doesn't even have the patent when it is patent pending, he'll have it in 2-3 years once (if) it is approved.

I peddle software; business process management, document management and electronic fax solutions. I do a majority of my business through our partner channel and some direct when a deal is large enough or requires a lengthy professional services engagement. We were a privately held company based locally but in 2004 a larger public company in Washington state decided they wanted us, so our execs got paid and I got a new email address.

I corrected myself in a prior post.....I have a potential patent which is currently patent pending, which can be granted in as little as one year, which is more like 2 or 3 years but chances are that it either will be approved and if it looks like it will not we can hold it up in "patent court" for years.....but while it is patent pending I can still either try and sell it or license it out to manufactures......
