Pet Peeve

I have two, people who can't pull over for a funeral procession; and people who can't get the hell out of the way of an emergency vehicle.

AMEN!!
I have brought my vid camera to work before, and have some video footage most peope would not believe! Of course, I have to BLEEP out most of the soundtrack before I show it to most people because I'm rather... um... vocal when I drive!

The number 1 thing that I tend to flip out about is *$&#& people who don’t use there directional, I sit and I wait and I wait and the @## hole is turning. WTF

Second thing I hate is people on the freeway who will not move. They just wont do it. I’ve actually passed people in the E-lane because of it.

My pet peeve is moochers, post padders & morons that sometimes end up frequeting BB & think they are smarter then all others that have/are there enjoying the camraderie of the community. :whistling:

As of today my worst pet-peeve, and its a little lame, is when people hang up jeans on the flemsy little wire hangers that are meant for t-shirts. My girlfriend put up some of my clothes last night and I almost slit her throat right there on the spot!! :sign: It bends and ruins the hangers...honestly!

whew that was heated.

Please for the Love of God someone send this man some good hangers!! I live next door to him and have never been witness to this type of hostility, but damn... one time and I'm dead. :sign:

Nick

Right now my biggest pet peeve is people that pay for a 99 cent cup of coffee with a credit/debit card.

WTF!, you can't grab some spare change on your way out the door to buy your coffee!!?? Stop holding up the GD line and put a change cup in your car!!

Everyone should carry between $3-$8 in cash on their person at ALL times.

Yeah, moving to Jersey the biggest annoyance is not being allowed to pump my own gas. The guys down here in C. Jersey are idiots and do not understand what type of gas I want. I have had to stop them twice before putting in the wrong type.

My main driving pet-peeve are impatient folks who drive in the EMERGENCY Lane, as if their desire to get home, or to that meeting is the most important thing in the world.

Basically it goes with the overriding Pet-Peeve that most people treat each other as characters in their own little lives. Seriously, wake up and relax.

oh, and ps-I am that guy who charges a 1.50 at Starbucks every week, my apologies about that.

A small pet peeve of mine... and one of many!
A hot girl with a gawd awful tattoo.
A bad tattoo being a prison-like ungirly big black (faded to green) prison tat.
I'd still hit it but, damn, it bugs me.

-Rob

People who pull out in to traffic just to slam on their brakes and then turn off again. Also people in the left lane that ride even with the slower traffic in the right.

Ok so I may get death threats for my pet peeves but hell why not.. :)

People who dont stand when Colors passes by in a Parade and salute it properly.

People who desecrate our members serving in our Armed Forces.

People who would rather aid the enemy then keep their mouths shut. Freedom of speach my @ss.

Ok thats enough for now.

Oh and what everyone else has said so far except for the hangers... :)

Amen to that! I get sorta pissed off whenever people at school dont stand up or take their hats off for the 'pledge.....
That and I cant stand people who have nothing but bad things to say about George W. Bush.
I'm not one of those people who has strong opinions about politics or whatever, but come on.....even if you dont agree with him, he's still OUR president and knows a lot more about whats going on than you do..... If you dont agree with G.W.B., thats fine....just shut up about it already!

(I'm talking about the people who go on, and on, and on, and on, blaming things on G.W.B. that are COMPLETLY un-related, and this includes my parents.
We all know he looks funny. We all know public speaking isnt his strongest point. Some people disagree with his decisions, others agree. Next person who says something stupid like "Oh it was probably George W. who shot whats his name, not V.P. Cheney" is getting a titanium-toed boot up their ass.

Greetings! One of my pet peeves is that when I go into a public men's restroom, like at a restaurant or a store, and there is only one toilet available in the whole restroom (no urinals). You are waiting to "bleed your lizard", and a guy finally comes out of the stall, smiling like a Cheshire cat, while still pulling up his trousers. But wait a minute. You did not hear the toilet being flushed. The guy departs the restroom. You enter the stall, and you find a huge "turd-log" in the commode. Yes, this is a pet peeve of mine...people who do not flush the toilet! Regards, knightlaird

For those who have experienced Atlanta Traffic before check out this video (sorry I could not post a direct link but to my friend's blog)
This is really funny, interesting, stupid and enlightening:

Growing up in Atlanta, I too have driven the speed limit along the connector and was amazed at how dangerous it is to obey the law in ATL.

Oh man! I was LMAO at that video! thats freakin funny!!!!

For the most part, all of the pet peeves that have been listed comes down to having one thing in common. And that one thing is MY pet peeve.

Inconsiderate people and the inconsideration that people show towards other people is my Pet Peeve! :angry2:

Inconsiderate people are everywhere. And you can link inconsideration to just about everything that someone can do to someone else that can piss someone off.

My pet peeve is people who park their nice cars at the back of a parking lot, or double park. I usually will park right next to them, no matter how far away from the door, in my beat up old Chevy... I know thats gotta freak them out.  :D

Nick

/rant/

Why freak them out? Your actions is one of my pet peeves. The idiots who deliberately go out of their way to piss off or annoy someone they don't know for no reason other than to get their rocks off. Show small amount of consideration towards others and try to leave a berth between cars eh? Like enough space for them to get in/out of the car and just leave them be?

The amount of shit that happens to higher end cars in parking lots is ridiculous enough that I personally know exotic owners who have simply given up parking anywhere other than their own garage or valet because of the amount of spit, soda, trash and piss that ends up on, or in the case of convertibles, in their car. Hell all I did was dare to park a 930 in front of a Vons to come back and find ketchup on the windshield. You may not be throwing anything at a car, but you're damned sure doing things with the same intent.

/end rant/

And, uh, his avatar is a dude with a gun...looks kinda of like the guy with the list on Billy Madison.

Yeah it was a rant and I was a bit more heated than I probably should have been. It is however an incredibly annoying 'passive' aggressive behavior. I also fail to see how it can annoy anyone that there are people who care enough about their car to park in such a manner as to avoid door dings and other destructive behavior.
