Ok, after looking over the list here is what I've come up with.

Take: Tat Anarchy ($10), put: Padilla (Pepin) 1932 Churchill ($11)

Take: Tat Outlaw ($11), put: Tat SW Reserva Maduro ($12)

So, let me know if these sound good.

I agree with Kendall, it looks like a solid list, but I would like to have a couple others to weigh in on the matter!
 
I think that there is little to pick apart here... I especially like the second one. I had one of those and it was great. Its a great addition to the pass.
