Rod: Please add 139 posts to Gary's total post count to make up for what he lost in the server crash. As superficial as they may have been, he shouldn't be penalized due to some technicial difficulties. :angry: :whistling:![]()

So Gary, how did you handle yesterday?
Were you curled up in a ball in a darkened room weeping and shaking?
:laugh::laugh:
Thanks Rod!

One Thing I noticed...new threads, no matter how many views...it remains 0.
I guess there are still a few bugs, but I don't think I could handle another day of this. :laugh:
Thanks Rod!

Actually that's not a bug, it's a new setting I implemented today. The thread views will update every 6 hours instead of instantly. This will help cut down on overhead.
I think we're now back up....
To make a long story short, we had some server issues the other night, which caused the database (which is massive) to become corrupt. After the first 12 hours of trying to repair the database, I put the site back online. As some members pointed out, they were experiencing some odd issues. Turned out there were still problems with the database. Spent another 6 hours trying to repair it, and just kept running into problem after problem. The database pretty much blew up, for lack of a better term.
I decided to restore the entire site back to April 27, 2008. Better safe than sorry...
I apologize for the inconvenience; I don't think we have ever been down this long in the history of CP.
Please continue to test out the board, and let me know if you experience any errors.
Thank you,
Rod
Oh boy... I posted a few samplers in the BST and I can't remember what each included, who bought what, who PM'ed me, etc..... awesome. So now I have money orders coming for samplers that I don't know what to include.
Advice, anyone?
Thanks for all your hard work though, Rod.
