Did you grow up in a barn? It’s never a glass of bourbon, you gotta tell us both. If it helps most of my bourbons are jack or makers, nothing too fancy unless I send chad ‘special pictures for special bourbons’

INGREDIENTS ~ I made 3x this@CBoukal What kind of special pics do we have to send for that BBQ recipe?
· 1 cup apple cider vinegar
· 1 cup ketchup
· 1/2 cup brown sugar
· 1/3 cup yellow mustard
· 1 tablespoons onion powder
· 1 teaspoon garlic powder
· 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
· 1/4 teaspoon salt
· Dash of Worcestershire sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dump everything into a medium saucepan set to low heat. Whisk together to combine. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil.
2. Boil, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until the sauce has reduced by 1/3.
3. Remove from the heat and store in a one pint mason jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Sorry! I'm almost ashamed to say what it is....Town Branch Bourbon...unfortunately not very good...had a melted plastic taste to it. I guess a pretty bottle doesn't mean it's pretty on the inside too.

I suppose I could always use it as a mixer.....or if I run out of hand sanitizer....I guess I need suggestions for good bourbons and whiskeys that won't break the bank.

Raman Allones corona. This time it has rested a full week in the dry box. The foot yielded lite wood. Upon lighting and doing a retro found the sweetness of unknown origin, but pleasant. The smoke was full which I enjoy and there was more than ample smoke. It was a great conversation. Burn was excellent. Second third introduced a pleasant wood taste, not over bearing, just adding to the pleasure. Has to be the best CC I have smoked and enjoyed in my limited experience. Last third came up with some spice, just enough to to announce its presence while not detracting from the overall positive experience of this great smoke. Nice tight ash that held on. I can see getting a fiver of there. It fits my needs.
