Is this cigar actually done in connection with the EVH estate, or at least legally licensed? The EVH estate (and by proxy Fender Musical Instruments, Inc.) is VERY protective of Ed's designs and IPs. I know that Crowned Heads's thing is having musical references in their line names, but they are asking to be sued out of existence with this one if they aren't on the right side of the law.
