I seem to have horrible luck w DPG cigars. Last time it was a LAdC. I wrestled this one to the ground like a monkey on a football to the end. I then pulled out a $3 nico factory overrun that smoked perfectly. Both were in the box since July.

I've never had this kind of stuff happen w a Padron or Perdomo of similar price.

Yeah I dont know. Its pretty odd. If had some budget smokes do this from time to time.

I have 8 more laid up. We shall see as they say.

At one point, I bought blank bands to help prevent this issue.
Haven't used one yet, probably bought them five years ago.

RoMa Craft Intemperance BA XXI Puro Sabor

BLTC Bishop's Blend Lancero that I think is from the PIF (thanks @MX!). Very earthy, oaky, dark cacao powder, black coffee, with some spice and black pepper in the finish. It has a "heavy" feeling. Very good.

Macanudo Gold Label. 5.5x50 I think. Wonderful mild cigar. If I was retired this would be my after breakfast smoke. About 55* very nice night for a smoke in the gazebo.
