Pilsner Urquell is my go to "light" beer. Love Guiness Foreign Extra due to my time spent in the Caribbean. Both are very different from each other and go well with a nice smoke.

I think any high octane brew can be aged. Whether or not it results in something better is up for debate. In my experience keeping beers in the cellar just results in them mellowing out over the months/years. Sometimes that helps but more often than not (IMO) what you're left with isn't typically better than what you started with.
