Jeff brought wild caught Steelhead Trout to camp, and I brought mushrooms and fresh crab meat. Out of that was born crab stuffed mushrooms and crab stuffed steelhead trout cooked on the Blackstone griddle. The crab meat was just kind of thrown together with things like lemon, dill, green onions, smoked paprika, marjoram, Japanese Mayonnaise, garlic, and butter. I cooked the trout on the griddle skin side down to crisp it up and covered it with a dome lid to trap the heat.
