If I had to choose, I would pick the Pliny. Haven't had any of them.

Second choice would be the "Surly".

I will say that I have tried several of Dogfish Head's offerings. All have been very drinkable, with each having it's own unique character.

If I were you... Darkness. For me, I'd go with the Pliny. Never had that, and would love to try it. Now if only you had a couple Three Floyds bombers in that collection. That would be porn. Dreadnaught and Apocalypse Cow are the two best beers I've ever had.

I personally like to drink DIPAs last so I'd chug the BL Lime and then hit the Darkness followed by the DFH. That DFH brew is awesome stuff BTW...I really enjoyed it.
