Very happy that our “News” module is up and running, went from a blank page to reality in just about 6 months... still in Beta, but now open to the public. Gofba News ... it is one of the first real “Centrist” news site (zero spin ? )

In less than 24 hours I'll be on an airplane heading back to the Indianapolis 500. I missed it the last two years (what was my daughter thinking graduating high school the night before the race?!?!), but finally able to make schedules work this time around. Flying into New Orleans, then driving up with my buddy. The road trip is half the fun!

I used a heavy MIL EPDM liner to line it. Had an underlayment below the liner to protect it from sharp rocks or anything else that might poke holes in the liner.

I'm excited that my back is improving since I got back on the bicycle this Spring. Amazing what a little exercise can do!

I wrecked my bike(read knee) last fall and couldn't ride for the winter, as usual. Knee is better, Spring is here, and I'm back baby.

From the time I left Hawaii last week through late, late last night, there was a VERY high percentage of rain forecasted for today. This morning everything blew to the north, and it was a beautiful day in Indianapolis. The race went off as planned. We visited the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Factory Museum yesterday, as well. Very cool trip so far, but now I'm ready to get home and back to my family!

I hope everyone had a safe and fun Memorial Day weekend, and also took the time to reflect on why we observe the day each year.
