What’s on the grill/smoker today? 2021

Have always wanted to do one will have to let me know what you did.
Covered it with a rub, put on the smoker at 225 until it reached 125 degrees, pulled it off and kicked the smoker to 500 Degrees and put a seer pan in. once at temp put the steak in for 3 minutes per side.

Trifecta of meat over an open fire…. Elk tenderloin, beef tenderloin, and a beef bone in rib-eye. Cut up some potatoes, onions, and peppers to make a really good pan of hash browns. Finally didn’t overcook a single piece of meat! 😎
Cooked all of it in copious amounts of bacon grease…. That was definitely the right call. Kids are sitting here comatose.
