My guess is waterjet, those things are CNC controlled and wouldn't have any trouble with a flagstone.

This was a one year builder warranty inspection. I was checking them out and thinking WTF when the wife caught me.She could tell I was a bit embarrassed, but told me not to be. Then proceeded to tell me in great detail how turned on she would get during these multiple photo shoots with her husband, and what she’d do to him afterwards. 
The whole time I’m repeating in my mind “Don’t get a chubby! Don’t get a chubby!”
