I had this dip during the Superbowl and could not stop eating it. Made some tonight after getting the recipe. It is pretty easy to make. Here goes........

2. 10 Oz cans of Rotel diced tomatoes with Chiles (spicy or regular, to your taste)
1. 8 oz package of regular cream cheese
1 package of Jimmy Dean premium breakfast sausage (this can be spicy or mild as well)

In a skillet cook the sausage, all the while breaking up into little pieces with a spatula. Drain off fat.
Mix in cream cheese and stir in over low heat until melted. Add drained tomatoes/chiles.

This is good hot or cold alongside with restraunt style chips to dip in it.

Enjoy!

Try this dip too... It is a Pizza dip....

Spread Cream cheese in the bottom of a glass pan...If that is 8 ozs or more, it doesn't matter...just a nice layer of cream cheese...Then spread a layer of pizza sauce...whether that is marinara or maybe some sort of spaghetti sauce that you can buy in the store (Ragu, Prago, Hunts..of any flavor)...then get a package of Pepperoni and cut it into 1/4's and sprinkle over the sauce...then take whatever mixture of shredded cheese you want and put it on top...bake it at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes...you can modify this recipe to whatever you want...but it is easy and it is REALLY good...on crackers or any kind of chips...

My wife makes something like that, but uses Velveeta instead of cream cheese. :)

This and Sweetmel's sounds gooooood! What's Franks Red Hot though ??? Is it like Texas Pete or something ??? ???

Frank's Red Hot is one of the best hot sauces ever made! Try it with hot wings, amazing...

Frank's Red Hot is what was used for the "original" Buffalo Wings.... Let me know if you have trouble finding it....

Frank's is also great on eggs

All those dips sound good.

I'm a wing guy,

2 tablespoons Franks
2 teaspoons real maple syrup (not the fake stuff)
2 teaspoons teriyaki

simple yet tasty, and it sticks to the wings without added butter.

smoked salmon (heard it works with any smoked fish)
cream cheese
diced jalepenos

amounts depend on your tastes...

Taco Dip

8oz cream cheese
8oz cottage cheese (I think, the medium sized one)
1 packed taco mix
Blend, spread on platter, cover with shredded cheese, lettuce, olives, tomato and what ever else you like. Serve with Tortilla chips.

I swear you cant stop eating the stuff.
