Hey Brian, I think my crop is almost all cured and about ready to begin fermentation. Probably will start that around the end of October. Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone, much appreciated! I've got several "savers" lined up for the rest of the day!

Very cool and informative post! I can't wait for the next installment. I've been considering this myself and may just get started next Feb. based on your experience. The fermenting process was my main concern. Looks like you've solved that one!
