    Need a Gurkha recommendation!

In my opinion; if you want cheap: Legend if you want GOOD and inexpensive: Evil That being said, if he's never smoked an Evil (I'm not sure if you would know that or not...) I would recommend NOT getting him a churchill....I would go with a robusto. Just my suggestion. The 1926 is definitely...

    Alaskan Pass!

Hello Everyone! I would like to start a pass around Alaska, provided that there are enough interested members. I've got a couple of sticks in mind to send out, and a few that I will be getting in two days when I get paid again. I'm thinking a 5-10 stick pass. Rob

The strangest call I've ever received.

That's AWESOME! I would go with Shaun's idea!

    Done, thanks, need time off.

In my little bit of experience, the more you smoke in one siting, the less you can taste the cigars that you want to taste, it's good for when you don't want to taste them though.....not sure when that'd be the case though.

CIgars International's Cigar of the Month Club

Thanks for the info, I'll look into some of the retailers here. I was reading the description of the lobby, and in my time away, I seem to have forgotten some of the rules. Sorry everyone for the laps of memory. Rob

    The Hot Potato Bomb

Something like this would be cool up here in Kodiak, someone here might even be able to get the cigar shop owner to give a few shop items to add to the box. (our shop has its own cutter, t-shirt, and a handful of little things.) is there a suggested number of stickss to put in a "pass" of this sort?

CIgars International's Cigar of the Month Club

Now, I'm sure someone's going to have something about CI being a bad place to buy cigars, but livig on an island in Alaska, short of growing your own tobacco (which isn't easy here mind you), they're one of the easiest places to get cigars from where they don't scalp you on shipping. Now to the...

    Raising your own tobacco.

Nice info here, I planted mine under the dirt, (before I read your post), now I only have ONE plant left....under the dirt is definitely a bad idea! Thanks for the post, I'll be printing it off later and following that to the letter. Rob

    Devil's Blend...

I think I just found out what I'm going to be doing with my caps from now on! That sounds like it would make a very interesting blend...

    white speckles on ash..

Useful information there, I'll have to remember that when my plants get to growing. I just have small stems and leaves at the moment though. I went to wal-mart and got one of the little greenhouse boxes to start them off. It still surprises me how small the seeds are, I had to use tweezers to...

    Cigar Hut

    - - UPDATE - - We have used the shed a few times, have a kitchen table in there, and a fan that I rigged up to move the air around. We still have a space heater in there, though we need to run power. The work has ceased for the winter, so there haven't been many changes since the last update...
