That's one thing I miss with Banjo. He has no tail at all, so we don't get the excited wags(we do get the full body wiggle though). The other bullies we had, one had a screw tail and the other has a straight/crooked tail(his was stepped on very early and it straightened out a bit). Nonetheless, they'd wiggle when they were excited.

Once again, the calendar is spot on.

I knocked out the Zandvoort Circuit Run virtual 4K (slowly) with relative ease today while walking the dog. I signed up for the actual event held on the race track last year, but it was cancelled due to the obvious. Last year it was going to be a big deal because it was the first time that Formula 1 returned to Zandvoort in The Netherlands in over 20 years. That race was cancelled, too...

I did P90X and it's a great program. Don't sleep on the high impact or plyo, those are difficult. The one that kicked my ass the most, was the yoga.
