Last night, sitting around the fire, coyotes went nuts. Sounded like 20 of them 30 yards away. It was probably more like three or four 200 yards away.

Our oven started acting up by not reaching temperature. There was a schematic on the back of the oven, so out came the trusty Fluke meter. After much testing, I decided to replace the main relay board, and PRESTO, our oven is fixed! I probably saved us $500 by doing it myself!
Afterwards, this was the conversation:
me: “You know, with all of the stuff I fix around here and all of the money I save us, I think I should buy a whole bunch of cigars out of our joint account.”
wife: “DO WHAT???”
I knew right then that the battle was lost…

I took my daughter and one of friends to an AJR concert lastnight. They had a blast and I was thoroughly entertained!
