High Rollers Premium/ISOM Lottery

Well it seems like the "Donate Cigars to Shadow Lottery" is running smoothly. But I was wondering if perhaps anyone would want to raise the stakes a little. I know a few of you more experienced gentlemen, and I use the term loosely, might not want to participate in a regular old lottery.

Would anyone be interested in doing a Super Premium and/or ISOM lottery? Same game, but this would be the high stakes table.

Ok. No one else will give an example (I was hoping some one would tell me what a Super-Premium was ) so I thought I would give it a shot.

These should all cost you over $10. Some closer to $20. Isn't $10+ a super premium? If not, say so.
