if anyone was in this just for 'bettering' their sticks, then poo on you. Leave and don't come back. I don't think this is the case (I certainly HOPE not ot the new and improved 3rd generation foam bomb will be directed at YOU) as most of the guys I have dealt with have been awesome.
for me, the bombing is better than a bomb delivery. I ALWAYS look into the profile, read a few posts, search the wishlist... all anonymously! It's all about the sharing of sticks one may not have tried before, or really was looking for but had not found yet. And the absolute BEST part of the bombs, after the dust settles, the sides shake hands, and so on - is the fact that I now have more friends than I had before. Guys to routinely trade cigars with, do buys from, split boxes with, and look forward to eventually meeting face to face.
If anyone thinks this war is over... they are SADLY mistaken... just ask jfields and the others that will be finding out soon enough!

Just to clear the air, and I'm pretty sure I haven't given this impression....The ONLY reason I have decided to remove my self from this war is that people have really taken this WAY to serious. Certain people have siad some things in this thread that were totally uncalled for. If thats what this thing has come to then I want no part of it. I Love packing up bombs and brightening anothers day. I will still do this. It all started in good humor and peoples feelings got hurt and then some got diarrhea of the mouth and took it WAY to far! SO, I'm not stepping out on the newb crew, I will still be bombing just not taking any part in any of the "harmless" crap that goes with it. I think it was Mike that posted, "read more post less" well thats what I'm doing. Sorry if my feathers got ruffled and I took my ball and went home, but thats life. Moving on!

Been getting peppered pretty regualrly here lately....lol Just needed a good attitude adjustment...smoked one last night, all is well. Except for the big hole in my roof from this bombing attack!
Man that sucks Loyd, I hate to see that this war has come to so much drama. We are all big boy's around here so lets act like it. Loyd, know need to leave the noobs the war is just getting started and you are apart of it. Lets get back to having fun. I dont know how much longer the FOG's can handle the heat. The CP board is a classy place so lets keep it like that. We might be at war but in the end when the FOG's loss we are still going to be BROTHERS.

Indeed no. Much of the spirit of a bomb is common sense. When I did my toss at garrettbuckeye, I did it in haste and didn't consider his tastes. I sacrificed the spirit of the bomb in order to get the round off. I think I got lucky and got him pretty much between the eyes. :thumbs: However, I saw posts that led me to make my post refreshing everyone on the art of bombing.
My next round will land tomorrow, and was well considered. This victim in Massachusettes is going to have quite a few new holes!
