Momma picked this up for me today while I was at work. Supposed to have been distilled at Buffalo Trace and finished at Bowman’s in Virginia. It’s not bad for a $30 bourbon!

This is a independent bottling of Hampden Estate Distillery's DOK marque which has the highest ester level allowed by law in Jamaica.

This (un-aged DOK) was at the top of my "trying to find" list. It's my understanding that DOK is mostly sold in bulk to food and perfume industries as well as used in small amounts in blended rums. The power of the aromas and flavors are crazy.
