It was a good cigar not sure it is worth the price. I can't say if it is the same as a banded one since I have never smoked one.

I smoked his la reina and novedosos and loved them. This one I also felt was sub par was wondering if others felt the same or I just got a dud. Thanks for you input

Smoked his Robusto reserve and that was really good.

When I tried these a year or so back it was meh. Like you said, picking up near the end for me. If you let them rest they honestly get more meh. I ended up focusing more on the Arturo Fuentes line after those for more flavors

Yeah, I was definitely a bit disappointed after all the hype. Especially after the day I had at work Oh well, not every stick can be a winner.

I loved the Brazilia's when I first started out, but haven't had one in years. The Criollo kicked me in the ass, the few times I had it.

My B&M carries brasilias. Maybe I’ll pick one up and try it out. Thanks for the heads up.

JFR Lunatic maduro short robusto. Decent stick. Didn't blow me away, but good for a reasonably priced daily smoke.

I've been digging a lot of Aganorsa stuff lately. Reminds me of early Pepin blends, but maybe not as complex. Working my way through the whole line trying to find a go to.
