Today's Smoke

Smoked a Oliva Series V torpedo and a JFR Corojo. Oliva series V was quite a bit stronger than most cigars I try but I did like it. The JFR Corojo was fantastic.

I smoke a H Upmann Sir Winston from 2000 and finished the day off with a Johnny-O Culebra which was the last stick of the 3 pack. :(

I spent a few hours at a local shop today. While there, I enjoyed a CAO Lx2 Lancero and an AF Sungrown Cuban Belicoso.

Had a RASCC late this afternoon at work. It was very cold/windy outside so I was smoked rather quickly. Other problem is that it was a little too young and it smoked a little too harsh. I think as I have seen others write, these definately need some age on them.

I started the day with a Partaga Culebra and then worked on a Johnny-O Salomone sized cigar. I then got a little surprise today and smoked a Boli GM from 2008 which was fantastic. I am thinking one more cigar tonight and call it a good smoking day. I'm debating on a Cohiba maduro or a Boli Regional Release. Choices, choices. :D

Esencia corona gorda. Oh, man. bfreebern bombed me with one and I had to order a box of 'em, it was so good. Came today from SiloCigars and I couldn't even let 'em rest!

Fantastic cigar. Dion hit it out of the ballpark on these.

It was a good night gentlemen. Went to my local B&M and there was an "unofficial" event with an anonymous cigar maker. Started the night out with a Tatuaje Conoju 2006, then a Party Short, and finished with a Cabaiguan Guapos. Good night indeed!

H. Upmann 36 cristale.

Had my 1st last night. Savored the sweet after taste while and after smoking. A little hard to draw, but I kept wanting to hold the smoke in the roof of my mouth for as long as I could.

I had class tonight, and though I told myself (and the wife) that I should take the night off from smoking, I had to have another one on the drive to class...and again on the way home. Guess I'm weak.
