Comment to @jfields, and here I sit in Dallas at 86° in the middle of what should be sweat your ass off time, and the NW, Cal and NV are dryer than dead bones in Death Valley. I honestly feel for you John with the bug spray thing.

Might have to finally turn the heat on, for Thanksgiving. Have gone so far without it, only gotten down to 65 at night in the house. I just tell everyone to put on more clothing or use one of the 50 blankets we have thrown around the house 😂

Typical winter here is mild and wet. Wr don't really get a 'fall'. It just drops from 80/90 to 30/40 in the space of a few weeks. Can drop into the 20s in Jan/Feb, but only for a week or two.
