What’s on the grill/smoker today? 2021

I’m a fan of smoke, when grilling. I found an easy way to add smoke on my grill, by placing wood chunks on top of the grill grate. They smoke just fine and works great, if you’re reverse searing, which I always generally do.

Apple wood and some chicken breasts.
