Made me break out this after seeing your post

Singin through you to me
Thunderbolts caught easily
Shouts the truth peacefully
Electricity

With precision you feed me
My witness Im hungry
Your temple it calms me
So I can carry on
My slaving, sweating,
The skin right off my bones
On a bed of fire Im choking
On the smoke that fills my home
The wrecking ball is rushing
Witness your blushing
The pipeline is gushing
While here we lie in tombs

Mass graves for the pump and the price is set

The lights in the harbor don't shine for me.
I'm like a lost ship adrift on the sea...
sea of heartbreak, lost love and loneliness,
mem'ries of your caress so divine, how I wish,
you were mine again my dear;
I'm on this sea of tears
Sea of heartbreak...

She was his girl
His only world
That string of pearls that slipped away
A thousand dimes
A thousand times
He doesn't mind what they say
He fills the jukebox
And plays the same old song
He fills his glass
And then he turns her memory on...

As the morning light stretched in across my bed
I thought of you...
Remembering your laughing eyes and all we said
I love you too...

As all my thoughts of you pass 'fore my face a thousand times,
The way they race my heart I cannot say all in lines.

Where the sidewalk ends and the road begins
We said good bye on a cold dark night
I'm not afraid to go you bet I'm not
Where the sidewalk ends you left a lot

Some people leave and never come back
Some stay in touch, some loose track
Your mind kept sayin' come on let's go
You started learnin' what you don't need to know

Where the sidewalk ends and the road begins
I'll wait for you in the cold dark night
You might come back, you had to go
Where the sidewalk ends I'll never know

Hide from the future run from the past
I guess I'll stay here as long as I can last
Whistle still blowin' but the train is gone
Ain't no wheels gonna take me from my home

Where the sidewalk ends and the road begins
We said good bye on a cold dark night
I'm not afraid to go you bet I'm not
Where the sidewalk ends you left a lot

I'm not afraid to go you bet I'm not
Where the sidewalk ends you left a lot
Where the sidewalk ends and the road begins
We said good bye on a cold dark night
I'm not afraid to go you bet I'm not
Where the sidewalk ends you left a lot
Where the sidewalk ends you left a lot
Where the sidewalk ends you left a lot

Chasin' the neon rainbow
Livin' that honky tonk dream
'Cause all I've ever wanted
Is too pick this guitar and sing
Just trying to be somebody
Just wanna be heard and seen
Chasin' that neon rainbow
Livin' that honky tonk dream

The stockyards its my backyard that's where I grew up
Its where I drank my first beer I cried my first tear
On the corner of north and main
Down the bricks of exchange I felt so strange
She reached down and gave me a kiss
And in the shadows of downtown I hung around
To find me a gold buckle queen
In the stockyards its my backyard that's where I grew up

Flatfoot56 "Jungle of the Midwest Sea" and "Knuckle Up." More Chicago Irish/Punk

The Briggs "Numbers" and "Back to Higher Ground." Los Angeles punk band who ROCK!

I'm going to an Anti-Flag show in Worcester, MA on May 2nd where the Street Dogs AND the Briggs are warming up, MAN will that be fun!

Flatfoot56 rarely (if ever) ventures out my way BUT on May 23rd, they are playing in Pembroke, MA and I WILL BE THERE! I am really looking forward to this show.

The guys in Flatfoot56 and the Briggs are all in their mid-20s and certainly have the potential to make it really big someday soon so if you're a punk fan, check 'em out.

I have to admit  I have found that MySpace is probably the best way to keep up on my favorite groups. They tend to update their MySpace pages more than their own websites :0 and I have found it to be an invaluable resource to find out where they are playing at a venue near me. :D

I was a sailor, I was born upon the tide.
And with the sea I did abide.
I sailed a schooner round the Horn to Mexico.
I went aloft and furled the mainsail in a blow.
And when the yards broke off, they said that I got killed:
But I am living still.
