Nice, I got into brewing smashes for a while to learn more about the characteristics of certain malts and hops. Actually made a falcon one not too long before I wrote drinking, right when it first came out. Do you know what malt they used for that?

Don't get me wrong, that beer was friggin' delicious, but I'm wondering if all the residual sugars just make me feel a little gross during the night. Almost like getting a slight hangover after drinking sugary sweet booze cocktails.
