The great thing about keeping tortillas in the fridge is that all leftovers end up becoming tacos. Last night had some lemon rockfish that I had pan fried and made into tacos.

On my way back home from work on Fridays I pass by a bunch of food trucks. This was a keilbasa and egg waffle sandwich from The Wafl Truck. Quite yummy.
