My buddy ‘s fuel pump went last night so right now we are changing it out in the garage.

Well shit!

This old smoker is proving to be more trouble than it's worth!

After dicking with the smoker for a few hours, it went into a pan with part of a bottle of Samuel Smith Tadcaster Oatmeal Stout and into the oven to finish.

Note I said "part" of a bottle! This part of the day went okay!

And I'm sure it will be edible!

pork steaks & seasoned some ground eye round with garlic, onion, chopped green pepper & a little Worcestershire sauce.

Smoked these wings for about 40 minutes then finished them off in the air fryer to crisp them up... Damn they are good

First time doing salmon jerky. Did a dry brine overnight and it’s already pretty stiff. We’ll see how it turns out. New marinade on the beef as well

No but I've hard boiled eggs on the smoker. Didn't turn out like I had hoped, will have to try it again.
