Just threw some cream cheese on , a girl the wife works with has been bugging for it , and gonna attempt some poppers

Cold smoking the cheese Nate?

Well, I was going to cook baby back ribs all day, but my company just canceled from illness.

So now I am just making french dip using canned venison.

Spread on crackers , spread om crackers and top with pulled pork or pickles jalapenos or who knows.
Just mixed some cheddar with a block and stuffed some jalapenos. Sub for milk in mash tators.

Possibilites are endless as you imagination

I was thinking in some chili!

ETA: Or in @Swissy smoked salmon dip. Ooh, or @AVB crack dip. Not sure about smoke with blue cheese, could see that going either way?

I could see it going with @AVB crack dip , as long as the rub you use compliments the ingredients
