I got hooked on smoked cream cheese based on the pics some of you posted @Nate1977 . I smoked three bricks, one with BBQ rub, one with Tandoori rub, and one with chipotle rub. I couldn't figure out what the dominant sweetness was and then I realized I used apple pellets rather than hickory. Still good but not what I was looking for.

Back to the drawing board!
