This nanny state (Or province in this case:) ) I live in gets worse and worse every day. Now you can't look at tobacco before you buy it OR smoke it in your condo. They might as well make it illegal at this point. Oh wait....they love the tax revenue.
Thanks for the info. I've been looking at ones similar to these and the table top versions. Though the larger one probably is the best having just bought a house I'm trying to pinch pennies, this year anyways.
yeah I just bought a snow blower today, actually. :(
What kind of outdoor propane heater do you use and does it help? We just bought a house and that'll be my only option :( I was just wondering because I can't find too many reviews of units from smokers. I'd hate to waste my money.
Thanks
I live where Cubans are readily available (Canada) and I gotta tell you in the past 6 months I've switched to buying non cubans exclusively because I'm tired of construction issues with mid range price smokes. ($125-175) In my experience I found that boxes have a large number of plugged smokes...
Great review. I have a box of these and may have to get one out now, although I found about 1/3 of the box to be plugged or have an insanely tight draw. That's how it goes with mid range CCs though I've found :( which is why I've stopped buying them.
Some of the JLPs are hand made or partially. I know because I was thrown off when I bought a 5er of the petit Cazadores last year. Somebody here set me straight. I have the pic of the box somewhere if you want to see it.
Yup everyone is right. The taxes are ridiculous here and there isn't really anywhere to get decently priced non-cubans here. Or I haven't found anywhere. Sorry for the bad news.
It sucks too because recently I've become so frustrated with the quality of many Cuban cigars that I'd prefer to...
I've heard this from many people on here.
I've a a few Padrons a couple 2000s which I really enjoyed and a 1926 which I thought was fantastic and one of the best smokes I've ever had. I got both kinds in in seperate 5er buys however if I can I'm going to be purchasing at least a box of the 2000s.
Quick question, do you guys notice as many plugged sticks with non Cubans?
Reason I ask is I was enjoying the wonderful evening last night having a Partagas Petit Corona Especial and it felt a bit stiff but I tried to smoke it anyway. Big mistake I threw it away a 3rd of the way through it...
It depends on the cigar for me. I've had certain brands where I found the last 2 inches to be the tastiest and others where I let it go around that point.
I was just spammed by PM from a user named mignulikz with 0 posts all the message said was please help and it had a link to a russian site (Which I obviously didn't click on ;) )
Anyone have this problem recently?
Thanks
